By accessing or using the JAFAX website at jafax.org ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the Site.

About JAFAX

JAFAX is an annual anime and Japanese culture fan convention held in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Site is provided to help attendees, guests, vendors, and volunteers find information about the convention, plan their schedules, and engage with the JAFAX community.

Accounts

You may browse most of the Site without an account. Certain features — including My Likes, My Schedule, and badge registration — require you to create a free account.

When creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure

Attendance at the JAFAX convention is subject to separate terms, including badge purchase agreements and on-site conduct policies. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website only and do not constitute a ticket or guarantee of admission to the convention.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kent County, Michigan.
